Nikki Cooper serves as an Operations Specialist and Community Engagement Liaison with Baltimore 311, where she manages 311's social media platforms—including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Reddit—to actively engage with Baltimore residents. She also oversees the 311 City website, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible. Beyond her digital responsibilities, Nikki organizes and staffs community workshops and informational events, helping to build a more connected and informed Baltimore.
Tennille Gilliam Bio
Tennille Gilliam is a Baltimore City 311 Call Center Agent I and Community Engagement Liaison with over 17 years of experience serving our city. She is dedicated to assisting residents with information, handling non-emergency services requests, and connecting our community to vital city resources aimed at enhancing quality of life and addressing local concerns. Her commitment to helping create a safe, more vibrant, and welcoming city stems from her deep love for the community and its residents. Those who encounter her can always expect compassion, a warm smile, and a genuine willingness to serve.
